What is your packaging like? |
All items will come to you in a plain box with only a shipping label. |
How long will it take to receive my order? |
I will process your order within 24 hours. My suppliers do not process over weekend days so if the exception of you order on a Saturday or Sunday they will process the order on Monday. In the case of a Holiday the order will be processed the next business day. You should receive your products within 7 days. I will of course contact you immediately if I think it will be a longer delivery time. Sometimes your order may come in two separate shipments, this is because I use one vendor for all of the lingerie and another vendor for the adult toys. I do this so that I can give you the best selection of products. |
What if there is a back order? |
I always check with our vendors immediately upon receiving your order so that if an item is on backorder I can contact you so that you can make the choice to wait or order an alternate item. As always with me, the choice is yours. |
What if my state doesn't allow adult toys? |
In todays world I shutter to think about this, but it is necessary. Some states have restrictions on the possession of adult products. As the buyer, please make sure you check with your local laws for such a restriction. |
What if I have to cancel my order? |
If for some unforseen reason you must cancel an order please do so within 24 hours after placing the order. I am always reachable by e-mail and check it every few hours. Otherwise the items will be delivered to you and you will be responsible for payment. I must do this because I am not the manufacturer, I just get the pleasant opportunity to bring you the fabulous products my manufacturers offer. |
How can I pay for my fabulous and exciting purchases? |
I can take Visa, Master Card, Discover credit cards. I can also accept a personal check but for these I must withhold shipping until your check has cleared. I can also accept money orders, once I receive the check and deposit it I will send your items. |
What if I don't like something? |
Now that would be unfortunate wouldn't it? If you must return lingerie for any reason you should contact me by e-mail or fax within 24 hours of receipt. Concerning the adult toys or lotions and potions please understand that laws prohibit me from taking these personal items back due to the nature of the product unless they are received defective, I suggest you check out your items immediately upon receipt. If a product is in fact defective please contact me immediately so that we can make sure you get an exact replacement that is in proper working order. In the case of any DVD understand that these items can not be returned. No glass product can be returned as they are custom items. Let me make sure you understand that no returns will be accepted if it is after 13 days from original order date. |
What type of privacy can I expect? |
Because I work so hard to find neat products for you to enhance your sensuality with let me make sure you understand that your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I will never share your information with any other business for any reason. I do not sell nor do I offer any mailing lists or e-mail addresses. I do not have an office full of employees, (but I do have a great web designer and he is exceptionally trustworthy)otherwise it's just me and my policy is this "you can ask me, but I will never tell". |

As a protective measure I use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This technology is great, it sends me all of the information we require to finish your order like creditcard information, mailing address, e-mail if you choose to give it, telephone number in encrypted code. This information however, never leaves my computer and as I have stated before I'm the only one with access to that information at Victoria's Wicked Side. |
